  • Production typically takes up to 7 days.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.
  • Delivery times vary but are generally 7–10 days after the order ships, depending on the destination.

Shipping Carriers

  • Our printer uses a variety of carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including:
  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring you have a positive shopping experience. Please review our return policy carefully:


Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

  • Claims for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Claims for lost-in-transit packages must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Claims determined to be due to errors on the printer's part will be covered at printer’s expense.

Return Process

  • The return address is listed on the packing slip included with your order.
  • Please email us first to clarify the issue before initiating a return. When filing a claim, include a screenshot or photo of the issue and packing slip showing the return address. This helps us verify the claim and ensure accurate processing.
  • Returns will only be accepted after we confirm the claim is valid and provide specific instructions.
  • If you use an address other than the one we provide, we will not be able to process your claim.
  • We are unable to accept returns for items that are not misprinted, damaged, defective, or due to sizing issues.

Size Disclaimer

  • Please review the size specifications provided on our Size Guide Page before placing your order to ensure you select the correct size.
  • As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues.

Wrong Address

  • If the shipping address you provide is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printer.
  • You will be responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments

  • Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to the printer.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping unclaimed items.
  • Any unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 15 days.

This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations provided for reference.
